Kokopelli Parade by Cedar Mesa Pottery The hunchbacked flute player is a deity rooted deep in Anasazi traditions. His mythology is still present in the traditions of many peublo peoples. To the Hopi, he is Kokopelli. He is influential in fertility and abundance, whether it be the hunt, the fileds or human reproduction. This figure is representative of the symbols used by the Anasazi (The Ancient Ones)
